We want you to order with confidence. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will help — with clear steps and prepaid refunds where applicable.

Payments & Cash on Delivery

We offer secure checkout options including UPI, cards, netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable PIN codes in India. Pay the exact order total in cash to the delivery agent, or pay online with Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). SAVE60 (₹60 off) is applied automatically at checkout. Maharashtra parcel bookings stay prepaid only.

Prepaid refunds go back to the original UPI / card / netbanking method. Cash-on-delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch are not charged. If a COD packet is returned after delivery, we settle after inspection — we do not send cash back with the courier.

• Perfect Fit Guarantee. Unsure about your door size? Order anyway. If the unused net does not fit your frame, we offer a hassle-free size exchange within 15 days of delivery (original packaging, unused). Use the Size Advisor on the product page or WhatsApp us a frame photo before you pay.
• Damaged / missing parts on arrival: Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos (outer carton + product + label).
• Unused nets in original packaging may also be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery if unused and complete — subject to inspection.
• Installed / cut / soiled nets are not returnable except for verified manufacturing defects.

Other home products

Sealed, unused items can usually be returned within 15 days. Opened hygiene or adhesive products may be non-returnable except for damage or wrong item on arrival.

Coupons (including SAVE60)

If you paid with an online coupon such as SAVE60 (₹60 off), any approved refund is based on the amount you actually paid after discount, not the list / MRP price.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order is packed / handed to the courier. After dispatch, use the returns process if eligible. Prepaid refunds for approved cancellations go back to the original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original prepaid method (UPI / card / netbanking). Bank timelines usually take 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.

How to raise a request

1. Open My orders or email us with your order number.
2. Attach clear photos for damage / wrong item cases.
3. We confirm next steps by email / WhatsApp.
